ourselves our heirs executors and administrators to
warrant and for ever defend all and singular said
premises unto the said John L Brown his heirs and
assigns against ourselves our heirs and against
any and every other person or persons lawfully Claim
ing the same or any part thereof The deed executed on the
4th day of January 1882 by Cicero A Simmons & Martha
M Simmons his wife to John L Brown for the above
described real estate & recorded in Book ?N? pages
137 & 138 in the Recorders Office of Alachua County Florida
does not state that the above described real estate is in
C.A. Simmons subdivision of the north half of section
(31) Thirty one Township (10) Ten south Range 22 East
of the town of Magnesia Springs for which reason this
deed is now executed by the said Cicero A Simmons and
Martha M Simmons his wife to the said John L Brown
