that Saml F. Ouerbacker and H.G. Ouerbacker his

the sum of one dollar and exchange of lands to us
in in hand paid by Lizzie H. Whitehead of the County of

we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
