County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: Lot Number seven
as shown on a map of recent survey by W.L. Sims to be
recorded in the Clerks office at Gainesville Florida being
a part of section Thirteen (13) Township nine (9) Range
Twenty two (22) S & E and beginning at the south west cor-
ner of lot six (6) on the Bellamy Road thence north Twenty Nine
and Fifty one hundredths chains Santa Fe Lake thence west
Four and Fifty one hundredths chains Santa Fe Lake thence from the
lake south Thirty four & Fifty one hundredths chains
to the Bellamy Road thence north Fifty degrees East
along the Bellamy Road to the place of beginning containing
by estimation (14. 40/100) acres of land more or less. To-
gether with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining to have and to hold the same unto her the
said Lizzie H. Whitehead and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and we the said S.F. & H.G. Ouerbacker do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Lizzie
H. Whitehead that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind what-
soever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto her the said Lizzie H. Whitehead
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this 5th day
of February AD 1883
