that we Lizzie H. Whitehead and F.A. Whitehead
her husband of the aforesaid county and state
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
and exchange of property to us in hand paid by
Samuel F. Ouerbacker of Louisville in the State
of Ky the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and con
vey unto him the said Samuel F. Ouerbacker
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
