"Deed"

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I
Archelaus Hague of the State and County aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of Five dollars to me in hand paid by
W.A. Colclough the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold released and quit-claimed and by these presents
do bargain sell release and quit=claim unto the said W.A. Colclough
all the right title interest claim and demand of whatsoever
nature character or kind I have or ever had in and to the
following described tract or parcel of land lying and being
situate in the State and County aforesaid and particularly
designated and described as follows to wit - The West half of
Section Fourteen (14) in Township nine (9) South Range
nineteen (19) East (my said interest consisting of an undivided
half interest consisting of an undivided half interest in said
tract of land) To Have and To Hold unto the said W.A. Colclough
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever

to me in hand paid by W.A. Colclough Grantee in said
deed mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have remised released relinquished renounced and by these
presents do remise release relinquish renounce and forever quit-
claim unto the said W.A. Colclough all my dower and right
of dower in and to the lands in the foregoing deed mentioned
and conveyed to have and to hold the same unto the said
W.A. Colclough his heirs and assigns forever and do the
same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
