Alachua County   }   Know all men by these
presents that I Levi Jones of the aforesaid State
and County for and in consideration of the
sum of one Hundred Dollars to me cash in
hand paid by the Florida Southern Railway
Company a corporation of the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold aliened conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto
the said Florida Southern Railway Company for 
its Railway right of way all of that certain 
strip or parallelogram of land one hundred
and Twenty (120) feet in width when the
Railway roadbed of the said Florida South
ern Railway is now already graded constructed
and established of upon over and across and
through the north half of section Thirty in
Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty two
(22) East situated and being in Alachua County
