Railway roadbed as the same is now located
and established over and across said North
half of Section Thirty (30) in Township Ten (10)
South of Range Twenty Two (22) East being the
center line also of the strip or parallelogram
of land one hundred and Twenty (120) feet in width here
by conveyed - Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining and Together
also with the right and privilege in them the said
Florida Southern Railway Company and in their suc
cessors and assigns forever to operate its said Railway
upon over and across said strip or parallelogram
of land in the conveyance of persons and property
with its engines cars and trains of cars free and
unobstructed and together also with the right and
privilege in and to said Florida Southern Railway
Company and to their successors and assigns forever
to drain said strip or parallelogram of land with
all necessary and proper ditches and drains over
across and through any of my adjacent lands and
to keep the same drained  To have and to hold the
same together with all of said easements rights and
priviledges unto them the said Florida Souther Rail-
way Company and to its successors and assigns forever.
