Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I Samuel L. Hawthorn of the aforesaid State and
County for and in consideration of the indebtedness
which I now owe to all of my creditors generally
whomsoever and whomsoever they may be have granted
bargained sold, aliened, conveyed transferred set over
and assigned and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien convey transfer, assign and set over
unto F J Hammond of Hawthorn Alachua County
Florida in trust for the benefit of all of my cred
itors generally the following described property real
and personal, to wit: Three (3) Policies of Fire
Insurance as follows: One Policy No. 15 for $1000.00
issued to me by the Liverpool and London and
Insurance Company. One Policy No. 20003 for $1500.00
issued to me by Underwriters Fire Insurance Company
of New York and one Policy No. 1724 for $1800.00 issued
to me by the Phoenix Fire Insurance Company
also the following described real Estate situated
in the Town of Hawthorn in Alachua County
Florida to wit: commencing at the North West
corner of the South West quarter of the South 
West quarter of section Twenty six in Town
ship Ten 10 South of Range Twenty two (22)
East thence running East six 86/100 chains to the
North west corner of the lot now being des
cribed thence south Eight degrees and thirty
Minutes East one 67/100 chains thence North Eighty six
