purposes aforesaid I do hereby nominate constitute and
appoint the said F.J. Hammond to be my true and
lawful attorney irrevocable in my name place and
stead for the uses and purposes aforesaid to ask
demand sue for recover and receive all such sums
of money as now are or which may hereafter
become due and owing upon or on account of
the said Three Policies of Insurance, or the same to
compromise on such terms and at such sum or
sums as he my said assignee Trustee and attorney
in his best Judgment and discretion shall see fit and
proper and in his my said attorneys name and for the
uses and purposes aforesaid to sell the real estate afore
said and in his name as such Trustee to execute and
deliver all needful Deeds or instruments of conveyance
under seal necessary to the absolute conveyance of the
same with full powers of substitution and revocation
Hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said ass
ignee Trustee and attorney shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof  In witness where
