Alachua County    }  This Indenture made and entered
into this 3d day of February A.D. 1883 between J.D. Matheson
as Trustee for Elise W. Haile, Elise W. Haile in her
own right and Chas E. Haile her husband who joins
in this deed for the purpose of ratifying and confirming
the act of his said wife of the first part and Mary
F. Shaw wife of Jessie M. Shaw of the second part
all of the state and county aforesaid witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of Six hundred and sixty ($66000)
dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of
the second part, all those certain lots tracts pieces
or parcels of land lying and being situate lying
and being situate in the State and County aforesaid
in Township Eight (8) South Range Eighteen (18) East
particularly described as follows to wit: Beginning
at the South West corner of the "Sanchez Grant" of
Five Hundred (500) acres, and running thence
North Twenty five (250) degrees East along the
Northwestern boundary line of the said "Sanchez Grant"
Twenty five (25) chains Thence South Sixty five
(65°) degrees East Thirty one chains and Twenty
(31.20) links (more or less) to the line of dividing Sections
Twenty five (25) and Twenty six (26) in said Township
Eight (8) South Range Eighteen (18) East thence South
along said Section line Twenty Eight (28) Chains
