(more or less) to where said section line intersects the South
ern boundary line of the said Sanchez Grant thence north
sixty five (65°) degrees west forty three chains and Fifty (43.50)
links (more or less) to the point of beginning containing ninety
(90) acres more or less also the following adjoining lot or
tract to wit Beginning at the sane starting point and
running in a Northwesterly direction Seven (7) chains
(more or less) to the half mile stake on the line running north
and south through the center of Section Twenty Six in
said Township and range and running thence South
along said half Section line Twenty (20) chains Thence
East Thirty two (32) chains (more or less) to the southern
boundary line of the "Sanchez Grant, Thence north 65°
degrees West along said Grant line thirty one (31)
chains to the point of beging containing Thirty (30)
acres more or less making the total contents of the two
adjoining tracts One Hundred and twenty (120) acres (more or less)
To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the
second part and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever, and the said
parties of the first part do hereby covenant and agree with
the said party of the second part that they are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that they have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free from all incum
brances of any kind whatsoever and that they will and
their heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
party of the second part and to her heirs executors ad
ministrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claim
ing or hereafter to claim the same. In witness whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and affixed their seals the day and year first
above written.
