  T.C. Curry & Penelop D. Colson To J.B. Dill
                 Deed
Marion County } Know all men by these presents that we
State of Flor } T.C. Curry & Penelop D. Colson of County &
State aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Four
hundred Dollars to them paid by J.B. Dill of the county of
Alachua State of Flor the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do give grant sell & convey unto the said J.B. Dill all of that
certain lot piece or track or parcel of land lying in the
County of Alachua State of Flor; as follows to wit Lot No (6) in
Sec (28) Township (10) Rang (19) East containing (20) acres more or less
to have & to hold the same to the said J.B. Dill his heirs & assigns
to his & their use forever and we the said T.C. Curry & Penelop D.
Colson covenant with the said J.B. Dill his heirs & assigns
that we are lawfully seized in fee simple for the premises; that they
are free from all encumbrances that we have a good right to sell the
same as aforesaid and that we will warrant & defend the same to the said
J.B. Dill his heirs & assigns against the lawful claims & demands of
