State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Hattie L Sanchez
Alachua County   } & her husband E.C.F. Sanchez of the aforesaid county and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred & Fifty dollars to us in
hand paid by Delia Dryer & Richard Dryer of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto them the said Delia Dryer & Richard
Dryer all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: That part of Lot
number (23) Twenty three in Brush?s Addition to the Town of Gainesville
said Lot being (133) one hundred & thirty three feet by (660) Six hundred and
sixty feet containing by estimation ? acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.  To have and To hold
the same unto them the said Delia Dryer and Richard Dryer and to
their heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and we the said Hattie L. & E.C.F. Sanchez do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Delia Dryer & Richard Dryer that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto them the said Delia Dryer
and Richard Dryer and to their heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same:  In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hand and
affixed our seals on this 8th day of November AD 1882

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this 8th day of November
Alachua County   } A.D. 1882 Before me personally appeared Mrs Hattie
L Sanchez the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of Title in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of Title
was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
and that the same was her separate property and estate
