Amelia Haile to William Fisher
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County } Amelia Haile of the County and State aforesaid
in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to me in
hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold and released and by these presents do bargain
sell and release unto William Fisher his heirs and assigns
of the County and State aforesaid all that tract of land lying
being and situated in the said county and State to Wit;
Beginning at the North W corner of Hampton Deas' tract of land
running East 40 chains to a Stake thence North 12 + 75/100 chains
to a Stake Thence West 40 chains to a Stake Thence South 12+75/100
to point of beginning containing 50 acres more or less in
Section 35 T9 Range 18. And I do hereby bind myself my heirs
executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend the
title to the land aforesaid unto the said William Fisher his
heirs & assigns against all persons lawfully claiming or to
claim the same
