Amelia Haile to William Johnson
           "Deed"
State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that I Amelia Haile
Alachua County  } of the County & State aforesaid in consideration of the
sum of Three Hundred dollars to me in hand paid the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and released and by
these presents do bargain sell and release unto William Johnson his
heirs and assignees of the County and State to wit: Beginning at
the half mile Stake in the Northern Boundary line of Section (26) Twenty Six
Township (9) Range (18) running South to the N.E. Corner of Smith Colemans
tract of land thence West to the NW Corner of said Colemans land
Thence North to the section line thence East to the point of beginning
containing sixty acres of land more or less and I do hereby bind myself
heirs executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend the
title of the land aforesaid unto the said William Johnson his heirs
& assignses against all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I F.R. Warner
Duval County     } and I Eunice A. Warner wife of F.R. Warner of the
aforesaid county and state for and in consideration of the sum of Six
hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Sarah Elizabeth Mc
Allister of Washington District of Columbia the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the
said Sarah Elizabeth McAllister all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit: The North West quarter of the South
East quarter and all of the South West quarter of the South East
quarter lying North of the Transit Rail Road in Section 36 Township
10 South of Range 18 East containing 48 acres of land more or less
