sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of separate Estate in and
to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of Separate Estate was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Sarah
Alachua County   } R. Barnes and Louis A. Barnes her husband
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration
of the sum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars to us in hand paid
by Otis H. Barnes of the County of Suffolk in the State of
Mass. the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Otis H.
Barnes all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit commencing fifteen feet from the tree Standing
in the South East corner of our twenty acre Orange (South)
and running from this point of beginning five hundred and
