ten feet (510) South to a Stake thence 440 feet East to a Stake thence
North 510 feet to a Stake thence West 440 feet to point of beginning
situated in Sec 22 Tp 10 South Range 20 East containing by estimation
five acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining to have and to hold the same unto him the said
Otis H. Barnes and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute. And we the said Sarah R. Barnes and Louis
A. Barnes her husband do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Otis H. Barnes that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Otis H. Barnes and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto

February AD 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs Sarah R. Barnes
wife of Louis A. Barnes the Grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of separate estate in and to
the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of separate estate was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
