Alachua County   } Cyntha J. Waits and my husband Calvin
Waits of the aforesaid county and State for and in consideration
of the sum of twenty five dollars to us in hand paid
by Ann Reddick wife of Wm Reddick of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the recipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and 
conveyed and by these presents to grant bargain sell and convey
