Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Susan C. Gunnell wife of Edward S. Gunnell Grantor in
the foregoing Deed conveying Real Estate for and in
consideration of the premises in said deed mentioned
and of one Dollar to me in hand paid by J.A. Mosley and
C.J. Mosley Grantors in said deed mentioned the receipt whe
reof is hereby acknowledged have remised released relinquished
renounced and by these presents do remise release relinqui
sh renounce and forever quit claim unto the said J.A.
Mosley and C.J. Mosley all my dower and right of dower
in and to the lands in the foregoing Deed mentioned
and conveyed  To have and to hold the same unto the
said J.A. Mosley and C.J. Mosley jointly and to the 
survivor at the death of either forever and I do hereby
acknowledge that I do the same freely and voluntarily
and with out any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from my husband In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 28th day of
December AD 1882

                Separate acknowledgement

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this 28th day
of december AD 1882 personally came before me an acting
Justice of the Peace Susan C. Gunnell wife of Edward S.
Gunnell who when examination by me held separate and
apart from her husband acknowledged that she did make
sign and seal the foregoing renunciation relinquishment
and acknowledgement freely voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband Witness my hand and seal this the
28th day of December AD 1882
