Alachua County   } This Indenture made this Fourteenth
day of February AD 1883 between Cynthia J. Waits
in her own right and Calvin Waits her husband
both of said State and County parties of the first part
and Alfred L Barker of the County of Putnam State
of Florida of the second part  Witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns in fee simple all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being in said state and
county and described as follows to wit: Lot One (1) in
Block (1) one the west line of said lot being ninety
seven feet long North and south and the North line
two hundred and three feet and the south line two
hundred and fifteen feet and the East line One
hundred and twelve feet in length each respective
ly in the addition to the Town of Hawthorn Known as
Waits Crossing  To have and to hold the above
described land to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns together with the rights
members and appurtenances thereunto being belonging
or in any manner appertaining and the said parties
of the first part for themselves their heirs executors
administrators and assigns the title to the above
bargained sold and conveyed premises with
