  W.F. and M.M. Tillis to Cynthia J. Waits
                     "Deed"
  This Indenture made the Twenty fourth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
Eighty three Between W.F. Tillis and M.M. Tillis his wife both
of the county of Columbia and State of Florida parties of the
first part and Cyntha Waits of Alachua County Florida
party of the second part Witnesseth that the said part
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and con
firmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sill
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain tract of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida des
cribed as follows commencing at a steak which marks
the North East corner of the south west quarter of
the South West quarter of section Twenty Six (26)
Township Ten (10) south of range Twenty two East
Thence running west along the north line of said
quarter three hundred and forty Eight feet to the
other line of the rail road ditches of the Peninsular
ditches South 16° 25' West one hundred and thirty
six 75/100 feet Thence east three hundred and Eighty
seven feet to a stake in East line of said quarter
thence north along east line of said quarter to place
of beginning containing one acre more or less the variation
used 3° 30' East 10 AM on May 22rd 1879, together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revi-
sions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
all the estate right title interest dower and right of
