thence South 2° 30' East (632) Six 32/100 hundred  chains back to
place of beginning containing by estimation two acres of land
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements or in
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto the said
Ann Reddick and to heir heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute and the said Cynthia J. Waits
and Calvin Waits do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Ann Reddick that they are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyey and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they
will and their heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
