This Indenture made this the Fifth day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty three Between Albert H. Poole an unmarried man
of Middlesex and State of Mass. Party of the first part
and W H McDaniel of New Carlisle Ind party of the
second part Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One Hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid
by said party of the second part at and before the en
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold released
granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
Do bargain sell release Grant convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
known and described as follows:  The South East quarter
of the South West quarter of section Thirty six in Town
ship seven South of Range Twenty East (SE 1/4 of SW 1/4
of sec 36 T 7 SR 20 E) containing 40 40/100 acres more or
less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand what
soever as well in law as in equity of the said part
of the first in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the
above granted bargained and described premises with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to him and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever and the said party of the
first part for his heirs executors and administrators
do hereby covenant with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that at the time of the delivery
thereof the said party of the first part was the lawful owner
of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee
simple absolute that they are free from all encum
brances that the said party of the first part had
good right to sell and convey the same to the
said party of the second part as aforesaid and
that the said party of the first part his heirs ex-
ecutors and administrators the above described and
hereby granted and conveyed premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part, his heirs
