by estimation Five hundred & thirty - 40/100 acres more or less
Also the fractional section of Number Twenty six in Township
No (10) and Range Nineteen (19) containing one hundred & five
(105) acres more or less also the South East half of section
Twenty Eight (28) Township Ten 10 of Range Nineteen (19)
containing three hundred & twenty acres more or less con
taining in all Nine hundred & fifty five (955) acres
more or less all in the Arredondo Grant. To have and to hold
with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple. And I the said William
G. Colson Admr. as aforesaid do covenant and agree
to and with the party of the second part, that I am
seized of a good Estate of inheritance with full power
to sell and convey the same and that I will warrant
and forever defend the same to the party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever  In witness whereof
