Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that Charles D. Furman and Mary E. Furman of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Two Thousand dollars to them in hand
paid by Sophronia Andrews of the City of Rockford
of the County of Winnebago in the State of Illinois the
receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said Soph
ronia Andrews all of that certain lot piece piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County 
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: Lot Six and Seven Section
Twelve Town Nine Range Twenty East according to the
survey of W.K. Cessna and records of Alachua County
State of Florida excepting and reserving Twenty five
feet on the south end of said lots six and seven
for a public highway The said lots containing by
estimation Forty acres of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and app
urtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper-
taining To have and hold the same unto her the said
Sophronia Andrews and to her heirs executors admin
istrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and we
the said parties of the first part do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the second part
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is
free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto you
the said party of the second part and to your heirs executors 
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness where
of we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our
seal on this Fourth day of September AD 1882.
