East corner of Chas P. Perry lot thence north Twenty chains
to a stake on Morris Deporters south line and thence
east ten chains to the point of beginning containing
Twenty acres more or less all lying and being in Sec
tion Fifteen (15) township Ten (10) Range Nineteen (19) S&E
containing by estimation Ten acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto him the said David W. Brown
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute and we the said Mary B. Waples & E.C. Waples
her husband do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said David W. Brown that we are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatever
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said David W. Brown and his heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all person whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals on this 2nd day of February

Waples wife of E.C. Waples the grantor in the foregoing convey
ance who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and ac-
knowledges before that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all
of her right of separate estate in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of separate estate was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without and compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.
