Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we F.A. Pardee and Mrs. Missouri Pardee of the aforesaid
county and state for and in consideration of the sum
of seven hundred dollars to us in hand paid by L.E. Means
of the county of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said E.L.
Means all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly Known and described
as follows to wit Beginning at the half mile stake on the
eastern boundary line of section Twenty nine 29 Town
ship nine (9) South range Twenty East and running
thence west thirty nine (39) chains and forty (40) links
thence North thirty (30) chains thence East Ten (10) Chains
thence North Ten (10) chains to the northern boundary line
of said section thence East along said northern boundary
line to the western edge of the right of way of the Florida
Southern Railway thence down the line of said right
of way in a southerly direction to the run of Hogtown
creek thence east to the eastern boundary line of said
section thence South along said eastern boundary
line to the point of beginning containing one hundred
and thirty acres of land more or less Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To have
and to hold the same unto him the said L.E. Means
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute and we the said F.A. Pardee and Miss
ouri Pardee do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said L.E. Means that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any Kind whatsoever and that we will and our
