Patience E Smith et al to Margaret R. Shuford

This Indenture made and entered into this Eleventh
day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy one between Mrs Patience
E. Smith, Mary Smith James W. Smith William Smith and
D.P. Newsom of the Town of Micanopy County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the first part and Margaret R.
Shuford wife of William T. Shuford the party of the second
part witnesseth that the parties of the sum of Three
Hundred and fifty dollars current money of the United
States to them in hand paid by the party of the second
part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do fully freely and absolutely grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Margaret R. Shuford and her heirs
and assigns forever a certain lot of land Together with
all the privileges and appurtenances thereto pertaining
lying and situated in the Town of Micanopy County of
Alachua and State of Florida containing one acre
more or less and bounded and described as follows
viz: Lot number four of Township number one North
of Range number one West according to the plat of
Joel B. Smith being part of Section Twenty six of
Township Eleven South of Range Twenty east of
the Arredondo Grant. To have and to hold the afore
granted premises to the said Margaret R. Shuford
and her heirs and assigns in fee simple forever and
