Alachua County   } This Indenture made this 12th day
of October AD 1882 Between William C. Vanatta of said
State and County and his wife Anna E. Vanatta who joins
her husband in this conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
her dower in the lands hereinafter described parties of the first
part and Savannah M. Bounds of James Town of the County
of ?? State of New York in the second part: Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred
dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in said State
and County and described as follows to wit: Starting
at the South East corner of Section Sixteen running
South Two hundred and ten feet and thence West
to Lochloosa Lake and thence north two hundred and
ten feet to the south west corner of section sixteen
containing Five acres more or less and being in lot one
