This indenture made this Ninth day of November AD
1882. Between William V. Paschall of Hawthorn
in said State and County. And his wife
Mollie H. Paschall, who joins her husband in
this conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing & trans-
-fering all her separate estate and for the purpose of
relinquishing her dower in the lands here in described
parties of the first part and E.F. Brown and
Julia A. Brown of Ocala in the County of Marion
State of Florida of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration for the sum
of Fifteen hundred Dollars to the parties of the first
part paid. The receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted bargained sold and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns in fee simple all of that certain tract
or parcel of Land lying and being in said State
and in Alachua County and described as
follows to wit. Two Lots in the town of Waldo
described as follows
Lots four (4) in block six (6) being lot conveyed by
Mrs Mary E. Paschall to said William V. Paschall
on the sixteenth day of November AD 1880
by Deed recorded in the pubic records of Alachua
County in deed book "M" pages 86 & 87 and Lot
number One (1) of block numbered Twenty six (26)
conveyed by the Florida Town improvement Company
to Mrs Mollie H. Paschall wife of said William
V. Paschall by deed dated April Nineteenth
AD 1881. And recorded in the public records
