on this Twenty Eighth day of February A.D. 1883
before me the undersigned George T. Curtis Jr Com-
missioner of the State of Florida in the State of New
York to take acknowledgement of deeds to be recorded
in Florida personally appeared Benjamin S. Henning
known to me who being duly sworn did depose and say
that he is the President of the Tropical Florida Rail Road
Company of Florida and that he executed the above
instrument in writing by order of the said Tropical
Florida Rail Road Company witnessed by a resolution
of its Board passed on the 16th day of November 1882
authorizing him to execute in due form the said instru-
ment and he acknowledged that he signed the said instr-
ument as the act and deed of the said Company and at
the same time also personally appeared before me the above
named Edward N. Dickerson personally known to me who
acknowledged that he executed the above instrument for the
purposes therein named and mentioned.
