George T. Curtis Jr Commissioner of the State of Florida in
the State of New York to take acknowledgements of deeds to
be recorded in Florida Personally appeared Benjamin S. Henning
known to me who being duly sworn did depose and say that he
is the President of the Peninsular Rail Road Company
of Florida and that he executed the above instrument in writing
by order of the said Peninsular Rail Road Company witnessed by
a resolution of its Board passed on the 16th day of November 1882
authorizing him to execute in due form the said instrument and
he acknowledged that he signed the said instrument as the act
and deed of the said Company; and at the same time also
personally known to me who acknowledged that he executed the
above instrument for the purposes therein named and mentioned.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my official seal the day and year first above written.

Thomas E. Haile Senior and Wife to Annie L. Barton and Agnes M. Miller
"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Thomas
Alachua County } E. Haile Senior and Esther S. Haile his wife
of the aforesaid State and county for and in consideration of the
sum of three hundred and fifty dollars to us cash in hand on this day
paid by Annie L. Barton and Agnes M. Miller the receipt whereof we do
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and
convey unto them said Annie L. Barton and Agnes M. Miller
all of that certain piece parcel or tract of land situated lying
and being in Alachua County in the State of Florida particularly
described as being the East half of the North East quarter and the
East half of the South East quarter of Section Nineteen in Township
Ten (10) South of Range Nineteen (19) East containing one
hundred and Sixty (160) acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To
have and to hold the same unto them the said Annie
L. Barton and Agnes M. Miller and to their heirs ex
ecutors administrators and assigns in fee simple ab-
solute forever In witness whereof we have hereunto
