Alachua County  }  I Albert R. Elmore a Justice of the
Peace in and for said state and county do hereby
certify that on this 1st day of Feby AD 1883, personally
appeared Mrs Esther S. Haile wife of Thomas E. Haile
Senior before me who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband did say and acknowledge before me upon
such private and separate examination that she did
sign, seal, execute, and deliver the foregoing Deed of
conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right and claim to dower and
for the purpose of conveying all of her interest estate rights
and claims in and to the lands set forth and described
in the above and foregoing Deed whether the same
be Dower interest or otherwise and that such release
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower and such
conveyance was done made executed and delivered by her
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
