of said Alachua County in deed book "M"
       pages 809 & 810. Also the following described
       tract of Land the west half of the North East quarter
       NE1/4 of of the North west quarter NW1/4 of
       section (25) Twenty five in township (8) Eight
       south of Range (21) Twenty one East containing
       Twenty Acres more or less, being Land conveyed
       to William V. Paschall by Irene C. Ennis and
       James M. Ennis June 20th 1878 and recorded 
       in said county records in Deed book "K"
       pages 967, 968 & 969.
       To have and to hold the above described Land
       to the said parties of the second part their heirs
       and assigns. Together with the rights members
       and appurtenances there unto being belonging or in
       any manner appertaining. And the said parties of
       the first part for themselves their heirs executors
       Administrators and assigns the title to the above
       bargained sold and conveyed premises. Will forever
       warrant and defend against all legal claims and
       demands.
       In testimony whereof we have here unto set our
       hands and seals the dates first written.

                   Personally appeared before me the
       undersigned William V. Paschall and
       Mollie H. Paschall his wife both aforesaid.
       And acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
       deed for the purpose of conveying the land there in
       described to E.F. Brown and Julia A. Brown both 
       aforesaid. And the said Mollie H. Paschall upon an
       examination made by me separate and a part from
       her husband acknowledges that she made herself a
       party to said conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
       all dower and right of dower in the lands there in
       mentioned. And that she did so freely & voluntarily
       and without any fear, constraint or compulsion frm
       her said husband
