   W.E. Lewis to Martha P. Perry
              "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I W. Edward Lewis
Bachelor of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for
and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty
dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs Martha P. Perry of the same
State and County at and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I have
granted bargained aliened sold released and quit claimed
and by these presents do sell grant bargain alien release and
quit claim to Mrs Martha P. Perry and to her heirs and assigns
to the following described Lands all that certain Tract piece or
parcel of land lying and being situate in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and Known and described
as section twenty four (24) Township ten (10) Range twenty
one and also all of that portion of section nineteen (19) lying west
of Locklusa Creek supposed to contain Three hundred Acres
more or less, Also a small fractional portion of section Thirty
Township Ten (10) Range (22) Twenty Two lying north of the^
ditch^ comencing at land of ditch and running due East to
the creek also the north east quarter of section Twenty five
(25) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty two (22) the same being
the lands formally owned by Daniel R. Scott decd and Known as
the "Scott Plantation" and conveyed to Mrs M.A. Lewis by R.
F. Taylor Commissioner under date of the first of December
1873, said deed of conveyance recorded on pages 146, 147, & 148
of Deed book "I" of the records of Alachua County, containing
Eleven hundred acres acres more or less^Also the north east
quarter of section Twenty five Township Ten^Together with
all the rents issues and profits arrising from said land or
in any way pertaining to it since the first of December 1873
and all rights claims intents or demands that I may have
