or less together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto
her the said Emeline Dupree and to her heir executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and I the
said B.S. Foster do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Emeline Dupree that I am lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind what
soever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
her the said Emeline Dupree and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same In witness whereof I have here
unto set my hand and affixed my seal on this 15 day

I Martha P. Perry Widow of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of $100.00 dollars to me
in hand paid by Sallie J. Perry of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby ack
nowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Sallie J. Perry all of that certain lot peis tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
