described as follows to wit: lots (1) one (3) three (5) Five (7) seven
(9) nine (11) Eleven (15) Fifteen (17) seventeen (19) ninteen (21) Twenty
one (23) Twenty three (25) Twenty five (27) Twenty seven (29) Twenty
nine according to the Platt of the Town of Magnesia being sit
uated in the North East (1/4) quarter of section (25) twenty five Town
ship (10) south Range (21) Twenty one east containing by Est-
imation 56 acres of land more or less Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto her the said Sallie J. Perry and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and I
the said Martha P. Perry do hereby covenant and agree to and 
with the said Sallie J. Perry that I am lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind what
soever and that I will and my heirs executors and adminis
trators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto her the said Sallie J. Perry and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same In witness where of I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this 9th
day of February AD 1883        }
