that I Martha P. Perry Widow of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred dollars to her in hand paid by Sallie J. Perry
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Sallie J. Perry all of that
certain lot piece Tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: all of section 
(19) Nineteen lying west of Locklusa Creek in Township Ten
Range (22)  twenty two East south half of north east quarter
and the south East quarter of section (24) Twenty four Town
ship (10) Ten range (21) Twenty one east containing Two hundred
and forty acres and a narrow strip on northern boundary
line of section (30) Thirty Township (10) Ten Range (22) Twenty
Two running East to the creek containing by estimation   acres
of land more or less Together with all and singular the ten-
ements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto the
said Sallie J. Perry and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said Martha
P. Perry do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Sallie J. Perry that I lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is
free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said
Sallie J Perry and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this ?? day of February AD 1883.
