Ella Palmer to Charity Kelly
                     "Deed"
State of Florida}
Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
We Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband of the county
of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of
the sum of Three Hundred dollars to us in hand paid by
Charity Kelly of the county of Alachua and State of Florida
the receipt whereof is here by acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and do by these present
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Charity Kelley
her heirs executors administrators and assigns forever the following
described lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in
the county of Alachua and State of Florida to wit: The
north three fourths N 3/4 of the North east quarter of the
north east quarter N.E. 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section Twenty five (25)
Township Ten (10) Range (18) Eighteen east containing thirty
(30) acres more or less To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said
Charity Kelly heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever and the said Ella Palmer
& Frank Palmer her husband for and for their heirs
executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree
to and with the said Charity Kelly that they will and their
heirs executors administrators and assigns shall forever warrant
and defend the title to the above described premises against
all and every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same

Alachua County    }  Before me personally came Ella
Palmer to me well known as the wife of Frank Palmer
who being examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband acknowledged before me that she
renounced and relinquished and conveyed all her prop
erty in and to the lands described in the foregoing
deed of conveyance and that she did the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29 day of
June AD 1882.
