Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
I T. Harper Bevill Bachelor of the aforesaid county
and State for and in consideration of the sum of six
hundred and twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by
Ida E. Burnett of the county of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey into her
the said Ida E. Burnett an undivided one half interest
in all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit, Section Twenty Eight (28) in Township
nine (9) of Range Nineteen 19 South & East containing six
hundred and forty (640) acres more or less also the North West
quarter of the North East quarter also the East half of the
North West quarter and the south west quarter of the North
           and North East Quarter of the North East Quarter 
East quarter ^ and the North half of the south west quarter
of section Twenty one (21) Township Ten (10) Range
Twenty Two (22) south & east containing Three hundred
