and Eighty (380) acres more or less and counting in the
aggregate Ten hundred and Twenty (1020) acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments

and assigns in fee simple absolute and I the said T.
Harper Beville do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Ida E. Burnett that I am lawfully seized in fee

have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind what
soever and that I will and my heirs executors and admin
istrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto her the said Ida E. Burnett and to her heirs executors

demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
