part the receipt is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and
sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all of
the described lots of land situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida known and described as follows to wit: the South
East quarter of the South West quarter and the South West Quarter of
of the South East Quarter and the North West of the SE qr and the
SW qr of SW qr and the SW qr of the NE qr and West half
of the SE qr of the North E qr of Section ten Township ten Range
22 containing two hundred & Seventy acres together with all and
singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
estate right title interest claim or demand whatsoever of him the
said party of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the
above bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof. In
witness whereof the said party of the first part have hereunto

Margereth his wife to me well known and the said James D. Sanders

purpose therein expressed on the day and year therein mentioned and
the said Margereth Sanders his wife being by me separately examined
separate and apart from her said husband James D. Sanders
acknowledged that she executed the foregoing instrument of writing
for the purpose therein expressed and relinquished all her dower
or right of dower in or the same without any fear thereat or
compulsion of or from her said husband.
