State of Florida }Know all men by these presents that we Robt J.
Alachua County   }Camp John S. Camp Benjamin F. Camp and his
wife Annie S. Camp of the aforesaid county and State for and in
Consideration of the sum of Twenty dollars to us in hand paid by
David S. Smith of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said David S. Smith all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: lot No (7) seven in block No (1) one located in
Campville containing one acre more or less (The said David S. Smith
binds himself his heirs administrators executors and assigns not
to keep or allow any person or persons to keep intoxicating liquors
of any kind for sale on said lot. If the said David S. Smith his heirs
executors administrators or assigns fail to comply with the obligation
renders this deed null and void and the said lot reverts to the
said parties of the first part or their heirs) Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same
unto him the said David S. Smith and to his heirs executors admin=
istrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and we the said
Robt J. Camp John S. Camp Benjamin F. Camp and his wife Annie
S. Camp do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
David S. Smith that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they will and their
heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said David S. Smith and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
