releasing relinquishing and announcing all of her right of Dower in and
to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and

To all people to whom these presents shall come greeting Know ye
that we William G. Hooker and Georgiana W. Hooker his wife both of the
Town and County of New Haven State of Connecticut for the consideration
of one dollar and other valuable considerations received to our full Satisfaction
of James B. Struthers of the Town and County of New Haven Said State
do give grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said James B. Struthers
all of that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described on
the public map of said State as the North west quarter of the South west
quarter of Section Three Township Eight South Range Twenty one East
(NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 Sec 3 T8.S R 21 E.) containing Forty (40) acres more or
less. To have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises with
the appurtenances therof unto the said grantee his heirs and assigns
forever to his and their proper use and behoof. And also we the
said grantors do for our selves heirs executors and administrators covenant
with the said grantee his heirs and assigns that at and until
the ensealing of these presents we are well seized of the premises as
a good indefeasible estate in fee simple and have good right to
bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above
written and that the same is free from all incumbrances whatsoever
and furthermore we the said grantors do by these presents bind
ourselves and our heirs forever to warrant and defend the above
