    Eugene Allen to Augustus O MacDonell

This Indenture made the Nineteenth day of February Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Eighty three between Eugene Allen of the City of Jacksonville
County of Duval and State of Florida party of the first part and
Augustus O. MacDonell of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and
State of Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth: That the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of One hundred and Twenty Five
dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain Lot Tract or Parcel of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and described on the public maps and records of said State
as the South West quarter of the South West quarter of Section Fourteen
(14) in Township Eight (8) South of Range Twenty one (21) East containing
Forty (40) acres more or less (SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 Sec 14 T.8.S R 21 E)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate right title
interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as
in equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the same
with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold the above described
premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns as his absolute
property in fee simple forever. And the said Eugene Allen for
himself and for all others claiming by through or under him does
covenant and agrees that he is seized in fee simple of a good and
indefeasible estate in and to the above premises by deed from the
Florida Land and Immigration Company and that he has
conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description created by himself
and that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming by through or
under him the said party of the first part. In testimony Whereof
the said party of the first part has hereunto affixed his hand
and seal this this the day and year above written
