follows to wit Commencing at the South West Corner of the
North West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty Six (26) Thence
East Seven hundred and thirty one feet three inches to South West corner of Lot
and place of beginning. Thence North one hundred and Sixty Seven feet
seven inches thence East two hundred and Sixteen feet Six inches thence
South one hundred and Seventy three feet seven inches thence West one
hundred and Sixty six feet four inches said lot is incorporated in the
town of Hawthorn and in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty
Two (22) East containing by estimation 75/100 acres of land more or less
being land conveyed by J.M. Hawthorn to Said Grantor by Deed
dated April 22nd 1882 and recorded in Book N of the public Records
of Alachua County on pages 406-407 & 408 To Have and to Hold
the above described land to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns together with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto
being belonging or in any manner appertaining and the said parties of
the first part for themselves their heirs executors administrators and
assigns the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed premises
will forever warrant and defend against all legal claims
