   Frank J. Mackey and Wife to Myron B. French
                   "Deed"
State of Florida }   Know all men by these presents that we Frank J.
Alachua County   }   Mackey and Florence Mackey his wife of the City of
Mineapolis in the County of Hennepin in the State of Minnesota the
said Frank J. Mackey being residuary legatee and sole heir at law
of the property herein and hereby conveyed of Joseph Mackey late of
the County of Sauk in the State of Wisconsin deceased for and
in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand five hundred Dollars
to me well secured to be paid by Myron B. French of Alachua County
State of Florida have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto
him the said Myron B. French all of my undivided one half
interest in and to all of those certain lots tracts pieces or parcels
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly described according to a platt
and survey of the Mackey and Hudson lands recorded at page
906 of Deed Book "J" public records of Alachua County State of
Florida as made by R.S. Fuller Land Surveyor as being Lots One (1)
Two (2) Three (3) Five (5) Six (6) Seven (7) Each containing Forty acres
also Lot No Twenty (20) containing Thirty eight 75/100 acres. also Lots No
Twenty one (21) Twenty two (22) Twenty three (23) and Twenty four (24)
Each containing Forty acres. Also Lots Twenty five (25) and Twenty six
(26) each containing forty two 75/100 Also Lots Twenty seven (27) Twenty
eight (28) and Twenty nine (29) each containing Forty acres, also
Lot Thirty (30) containing Sixty Eight 50/100 acres also Lot Thirty one (31)
containing Twelve 75/100 Also Lot No Thirty three (33) containing Fifty Eight
50/100 acres also my undivided one half interest and estate in
and to that certain other tract of land lying and being in
Alachua County in the State of Florida the same being a
portion of what is known as the Geary Grant and being
fractional parts of sections Twenty six (26) and Twenty seven (27)
in Township Ten (10) South of Range Nineteen (19) East Embraced
in the "John Y. Geary Grant" and bounded on the North by
Sections Twenty two (22) and Twenty three on the South and
Wet by lands formerly owned by Wm Colson and on the South
