          and East by lands formerly owned by George I.F. Clark and containing
          in all Seventy four 94/100 the same being the same premises heretofore
          conveyed by Philip Dell as Executor of the last Will of Bennett M. Dell
          Decd to Edward Haile by Deed dated April 6th A.D. 1859 Saving
          and excepting that portion of the last above described tract heretofore
          sold and conveyed to William Ellis by Mackay & Hudson by Deed which
          is recorded at page 252 of Deed Book "M" public records of Alachua
          County Florida also all of my undivided one half interest and estate
          in and to that certain other parcel of land in Alachua County
27-10-19  of Section Twenty seven (27) in Township Ten (10) South of Range
          Nineteen (19) East bounded on the West and South by lands
          formerly in the Year A.D. 1869 belonging to Porter and Barton on the
          North by lands formerly owned by Lewis Patterson and Edward
          Haile and on the East by lands formerly owned by lands heretofore
          owned by Edward Haile the same being land heretofore conveyed
          to the said Edward Haile by Porter and Barton. Together with
          all and singular and undivided one half interest and Estate in and
          to the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the said
          lands and every part thereof belonging or in anywise appertaining
          To Have and to Hold all and singular our undivided one half
          interest and estate in and to all of said lands and every part
          thereof unto him the said Myron B. French and to his heirs
          executors administrators and assigns in fee simple Absolutely
          forever And we the said Frank J. Mackey and Florence Mackey
          wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
          Myron B. French that we are lawfully seized in fee
          of the property and estate herein and hereby conveyed and
          that we have good lawful and perfect right to sell and
          convey the same that the same is free from and clear from
          all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever; and that we will
          and our and Each of our heirs executors and administrators
          shall and will forever warrant and defend the same to him
          the said Myron B. French and to his heirs executors adminis=
          trators and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
          of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or to claim the same
          In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
          our seals on this 23 day of February A.D 1883
