lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida described as follows Beginning at the North East corner
of Section (1) one of Township (12) Twelve S of Range (21) Twenty
one in the Arredondo Grant Thence south with the east line of
said section one a distance of Ten chains thence west on a
line parallel with the North line of said section one about
thirty six and one half chains to the shore of Orange Lake
Thence Northwesterly with said shore of said lake to the North line
of said section one. Thence with said North line of said
section about fort chains to the place of beginning. Contain
ing by estimation 38.25/100 acres and comprising lots 1 (one) and 2
(Two) on the map of Kennedys survey of said section or of
the land of the said parties of the first part therein Together
with all and singular the privilege tenements hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest dower
and right of dower separate estate property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances  To have and to hold the above gran
ted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever. and the said
party of the first part Theodorus Bailey Myers for him
self his heirs executors and administrators doth covenant prom
ise and agree to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that the said party of the first
part Theodorus Bailey Myers at the time of the sealing
and delivery of these presents is lawfully seized in fee simple of
a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and
in all and singular the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances and has good right full pow-
er and lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the
same in manner and form aforesaid and that the said par-
ty of the second part his heirs and assigns shall and may
at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use
occupy possess and enjoy the above granted premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances with
out any let suit Trouble molestation eviction or disturbance
of said parties of the first part their heirs or assigns or
any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim
the same and that the same is now free clear disch
arged and unencumbered of and from all former and
other grants titles charges estates judgments taxes assessme
nts and incumbrances of what nature and kind soever and
the said parties of the first part for them selves and their heirs
the above described and hereby granted and released from
