"Deed"
This Indenture made the seventh day of July in the year
of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
Between Martha A. Riley and Val Riley husband to Mar-
tha A. Riley of Alachua County Florida of the first part and
G W A McRae of Putnam County Florida of the second
part witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00)
lawful money of the United States of America well and
Truly did by the said party of the second part to the said
parties of the first part at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoff
ed released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all that certain lot or parcel of land lying
and situate in the Town of Melrose in the County of
Alachua & State of Florida and described on the
maps of said Town as lot number seventeen (17) Bounded
as follows to wit on the north by lot no eighteen
(18) on the east by front street. on the south by
Park Street & on the west by lot no twenty four (24)
and containing one hundred & fifty feet in the
square said Lot being situated in the portion of
said Town of Melrose embraced in sec thirteen
(13) Town nine (9) South of Range Twenty two (22) East
Together with all and singular the buildings improv
ements woods ways rights liberties privileges heredita
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and of every part and parcel thereof and also all the
estate right title interest property possession claim
